Danielle Chin
After beginning her career as a retail buyer and merchandiser in the golf industry, Danielle worked alongside Sandy Elliott to establish a diverse portfolio before partnering with her husband Gordon to launch Tandem West Sales. Now managing her own brands, Danielle values her partnerships with lines whose priorities echo her own, knowing that “eco-friendly” and “sustainability” must be more than just buzz words. She is proud to connect her customers with brands that she believes in, and works hard to form successful and intuitive relationships with each member of her community.
Gordon Chin
By his early twenties, Gordon Chin had seen more of the world from a soccer pitch than most people do in a lifetime. While soccer has since become a hobby for him to enjoy - both from the couch (go Liverpool!) and on the field - the determination, steadfastness and enthusiasm for his partnerships bred into him as a professional athlete live on. Gord is at his best in a crowd, adept at forming fast and meaningful connections with everyone he meets - it’s no surprise that his favourite part of his job is the people. If you’re looking to find him at an upcoming tradeshow, he’ll be the one having the most fun.
Sandy Elliott
Sandy Elliott’s connection to the sales industry runs deep. Mentored by her parents, Bob and Joan Elliott, Sandy learned the ropes through her parents’ wholesale and manufacturing agency. An avid skier, Sandy started her own agency specializing in the ski industry and has fostered incredible and long standing connections with her brands. Sandy is fiercely loyal to the legacy of her industry, and the dynamic relationships she has created while at the helm of her agency. She is a multi-tasking whiz, adept at studying data and sales reports while seamlessly working within several seasons at once. Sandy loves to explore the world, whether by bike, boat, skis, or horse - she’s done it all and can’t wait to do more.
Dylan Johnson
Dylan has been working in the outdoor industry for the past ten years in both retail and brand settings. Gaining experience working with premium brands such as Patagonia, Arc'teryx as well as building relationships through core retail spaces. Spending time in the outdoors has been key to developing a passion for products and the activities that drive them. Dylan is dedicated to relationship building, chasing waves, fly fishing, and snowboarding.
Ryan Aitcheson
Ryan fostered his love for adventure and the outdoors while racing road bikes professionally around the world. After hanging up his numbers, Ryan focused his energy into growing sales for one of Canada’s leading online bicycle retailers. He leads by example and builds strong partnerships by providing excellent customer experiences. An entrepreneur at heart, Ryan also opened an overland camping rental company to help make exploring beautiful B.C. more accessible to others. When not at his computer, you can find him riding mountain bikes or looking for a remote camping spot to spend the weekend.
