About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Inside Sales team member to support our agency's principals, retailers, and showroom operations in North Vancouver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, is passionate about the outdoor industry, and are able to work both independently and collaboratively.

This is a full-time role with the potential for hybrid and flexible hours; however, a minimum of three in-person days per week at our showroom in North Vancouver is required. 

What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations at our North Vancouver showroom, while delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our customers in the following areas:

  • Supporting inside sales and client relationships, including handling sales calls and maintaining brand sales lists

  • Managing order (and reorder) reports 

  • Managing brand warranty processes

  • Scheduling showroom appointments and seasonal brand meetings

  • Assisting with planning clinic trips and occasional trade show support

Compensation

  • Full-time role with a starting salary of $55,000+ (commensurate with experience)

You’re a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on puzzles, data, and metrics, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  You love a good challenge and stay organized, proactive, and tech-savvy.

  • Exceptionally organized with a knack for juggling multiple priorities

  • Comfortable with sales outreach and customer service

  • Analytical, attentive to detail, and metrics-focused

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Friendly, proactive, and excited to grow with a small team

It’s a Plus if…

  • You have experience within the Wholesale/Retail sales industry 

  • You’ve worked with local brands like Arc’teryx, MEC, Lululemon, Aritzia, Reigning Champ, Hershel, as well as other specialty outdoor and resort retailers 

  • You have experience with Squarespace and Acuity scheduling tools
